What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

“The first thing that brings me joy every day is waking up early in the morning and brushing my teeth and taking a bath. Because after brushing, my mouth feels fresh, and after bathing, I feel completely refreshed and energetic. At that time, I feel like doing any kind of work.
The second thing that brings me joy every day is drinking tea in the morning and having breakfast with upma (semolina dish). I really enjoy that.
The third thing that brings me joy every day is keeping my house clean. I really love doing that. So, early in the morning, I do household chores like washing dishes, doing laundry, sweeping the yard, drawing rangoli, and many other such tasks.
The fourth thing that brings me joy every day is cooking. I love to cook and prepare different dishes and serve them to everyone at home.
The fifth thing that brings me joy every day is sleeping. I really enjoy sleeping too, because when we wake up after a good sleep, our mind feels calm and fresh. Thatโs because, during sleep, all the bodily functions slow down and get rest.”
