
What do you wish you could do more every day?
I need a break from my daily household chores. Lately, the endless cycle of repetitive tasks has left me feeling exhausted and drained. There arecanโt do it anymore.
Deep down, I crave a sense of freedomโa chance to breathe freely, to wander without a schedule, and to simply do what my heart desires.
I am longing for silence and comfort. Most importantly, I need deep, undisturbed sleep. Due to the constant demands of work, I haven’t been able to get proper rest. Even when I try to sleep, I am constantly interrupted. There are times when my eyes are heavy with exhaustion, and I’m on the verge of drifting off, yet duty calls and I have to get up. I just want to sleep without anyone waking me up.
I believe that the more we rest and sleep, the better it is for our physical and mental health. A well-rested mind feels fresh and calm. Sleep is a fundamental human necessity, yet in today’s fast-paced life, it has become a luxury. This lack of rest often leads to irritability and a short temper.
