What makes you laugh?

There are times when people ask, “What makes you laugh?”
But the truth is — I don’t even remember the last time I truly laughed.

This is not an exaggeration. It’s my reality.

When Stress Takes Over Your Life

I carry so much tension inside me that it’s hard to explain. Even if someone in front of me is laughing, or a comedy show is playing on TV, I simply cannot laugh.

It feels impossible — like something that never happened before and may never happen again.

Sometimes I wonder…
Will I ever smile naturally again?

A Smile Feels Miles Away

For me, smiling feels like the distance between the earth and the sky — unreachable.

Only the person going through it truly understands how much pain and suffering is hidden inside. I keep everything buried deep within myself.

People say laughing is natural.
But for me, it’s not.

A Childhood Without Laughter

In my home, laughter was almost forbidden.
I was told not to laugh.

So over time, I drifted far away from happiness. Smiling became something distant… something unfamiliar.

Does Happiness Decide Our Smile?

I’ve come to believe one thing:

👉 You smile only when you are happy.
👉 When there is pain, how can you laugh?

That’s how life feels to me.

A Message To You

Even though I struggle, I want to say this to you:

✨ Keep smiling.
✨ Stay happy.
✨ Enjoy your life.
✨ Stay blessed.
