What advice would you give to your teenage self?
This is the advice I would give to my teenage self:-
Make it a habit to wake up early every morning.
Learn to do yoga or exercise every morning after waking up. Also do Surya Namaskar or jogging or walking in the morning sun. This will not increase weight and will not cause illness. Try to participate in some sports too. So that the body gets used to some kind of activity. Let the body get used to sweating. Cultivate an art form! Like, drawing! This will give you scope for your talents in the future. Get a good 8 to 10 hours of good sleep. Rest because it is most essential. Respect your parents and elders. Include natural foods made by nature in your diet. Such as pulses, moong. Green leafy vegetables spinach, fenugreek. Fruits Amla, carrots, lemons, mosambi, oranges. Consume these vitamin-rich foods. Use electronic items like mobiles, tablets, computers to a minimum.
Minimize the use of electronic devices such as mobiles, tablets, computers. The radiation from this electronic device engrosses us into them so much that we don’t perceive other things as objectively. So try to stay away from them as much as possible. Read books that give good knowledge and improve your personality. Cultivate the hobby of reading as many books as possible.
‘ बुंदेलो हरबोलों के मुँह,
हमने सुनी कहानी थी,
खूब लड़ी, खूब लड़ी,
मर्दानी वो तो,
झाँसीवाली रानी थी।’
Women should also instill courage in themselves by reading the story of Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi.
Read the stories of the great story of the brave Warrior Gond Queen Durgavati.
Embrace the stories of Sati Savitribai Phule, who laid the foundation of women’s education while people threw stones at her and threw dung sprinkles on her face.
Read the story collection of the great man Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. May you have the strength to fight with wisdom, courage and tactics like the brave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Read the books of scientists such as Albert Einstein, the world’s greatest scientist, who contributed significantly to the development of the theory of relativity in physics and the theory of quantum mechanics.
Read the books of Newton, the world’s greatest scientist who discovered the law of gravitation and the theory of motion.
In this way, you are the future of the times to come. It’s in your hands to make this world a better place. May you have the virtue of giving good gifts to this world. Let the qualities of such great men, women, scientists instill in you. Become a scientist by making discoveries, become a brave fighter, become a doctor who saves lives. Become so great that your country’s name shines in this universe.
So that’s my response for today’s prompt. Thank you to my fellow bloggers for supporting me. Stay safe! Take care!
