What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?
First of all, my first point is that after drinking water I feel very good i.e. satiated. Drinking water gives energy to the body.
The second point is when we wake up early in the morning and take a bath, we feel very fresh. Bathing in the morning removes laziness and fatigue from your body.
The third point is to eat. After eating I feel energized and can sleep peacefully. Because if we don’t have food, the body won’t rest well.
The fourth point is sleep. It’s very irritable if I don’t get enough sleep. The body will feel uncomfortable. It feels like being sick. You will not feel like doing any work. It will not feel engaging. This is the most important point for our body. We can survive without food. One can live without water but without sleep a human can live only for ten days at most.
The fifth point is that the body needs exercise. If the body does not exercise, the body will not feel hungry and the body will not have strength. It will not feel exciting. The body will become weak and fragile. Therefore, be it any kind of exercise, it is necessary for a man to do it. Like doing housework, going out for a walk etc,.
