My morning rituals and what the first hour of my day look like. Daily prompt

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

     These days, I am always unwell. Once a person catches any illness, I feel like there is no escape from it. As a result, the first hour of my morning is really unproductive for me!

     Because, when I wake up in the morning, my body has no energy at all. I just feel tired and weak. Even though I havenโ€™t done any work, I feel so exhausted as if I didnโ€™t sleep the whole night and my tasks are still going on until morning.

      Iโ€™ve tried all the solutionsโ€”going to this doctor, going to that doctor! But no matter how many pills or medicines I take, thereโ€™s no benefit. My body is always weak. Thereโ€™s no enthusiasm left in my body.

     Earlier, when I woke up in the morning, I used to feel very energetic. I would quickly finish all my daily tasks.

      Earlier, I used to wake up at 5 AM. As soon as I woke up, I would brush my teeth. After brushing, I would clean the house, sweep the floors, and wipe the kitchen counter. After finishing all these cleaning tasks, I would take a bath and prepare breakfast. After serving breakfast to everyone, I would then comfortably have my own breakfast.

      All these things would get done within an hour back then.

     But now, this is no longer possible for me. Now, I wonder if my old days will ever return.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Because even though I wake up early from sleep now, my body doesnโ€™t let me do anything. I comfortably wake up at 7 AM. After waking up, the first thing I do is check what the prompt for the day is. Then I brush my teeth and take a bath. After that, I donโ€™t do any other work because I simply canโ€™t. It takes until the afternoon, sometimes around 11 AM, before I am able to make breakfast. Only then do I manage to have my breakfast. This is my daily morning routine now.

  2. Sorry to hear that. Why don’t you see a Nutritionist or Nutrition special doctor to get a sustainable diet plan and take in some food supplements? This will surely boost your energy level and make you energetic again.
